Dear ali, interview was purely kind of hr. That hr lady will ask u abt urself, strength, weakness, reason for joining pso. Senior engineers will ask u about your current job responsibilities. Bus thats it you are done. Good luck!

I just received a call for interview.. My interview is on 15 dec in PSO head Office, Karachi. Any one else from Civil Engineering or from Balochistan?

Exclamation Few questons!!
Received interview call for Trainee Engr(Civil) for 15 dec. I want to ask few questions if anybody would be kind enough to respond.

1. Where would I be posted if selected? Anywhere or in my province? What are the chances of being posted in your region? I am from Balochistan.

2. And what is the complete process? This is my first interview.. How many of them should I pass to get employed?

3. What is selection criteria, open or regional(quota)? I have scored 66 in engg, I have very few competitors in my region

Very confused!! response will be appreciated.
Looking forward to get these answered, thanks in anticipation.

Interviews are taken province wise so hopefully they will recruit as per provincial quota.
