Has any one gave the test of PSO for the post of Trainee Engineers if yes then share the pattern ?

I have taken the test in 2012 for trainee mechanical engineer.
60% analytical containing English, Maths and intelligence mcqs, 40% were from management, marketing, banking, sales and inventory.

I have done BBA( 4 years ). I called nts call center to verify that whether I can apply or not? they replied that I am not eligible. can someone please confirm that we can apply or not.
