this has nothing to do with the budget even if you get offer letter today there will be atleast 15-20 days in joining and medical clearance. so the budget might have been approved by that time and if you are appointed before or after the passage of budget things will remain the same as the effects of budget are applied in august so you will most likely be entitled to the effects.

this issue was only lingering till now because of the furore created by employee sons and they have their last interviews on 30th of this month.so we need to find out the good news but no one is interested in sharing any worthy info here.

I called pesco office exactly one week ago...the representative told me that letters will be issued in 10 to 15 days...now I don't know how much confirm that news will be because one week already has passed...anyone have authentic news?

there is a board of directors meeting either tomorrow or on monday which will approve for dispacthing offer letters.
