Hahhaha pesco has made it fun one month more now zeekay what do you say about this and bro can you confirm about overqualification issue?

no doubt joining will take about a month but thing will get clearer in next few working days. and as much i enquired they are discouraging over qualified lads. now this is threatening for many. although, i am on a safe edge but few qualifiers on the top merit that i know might be in danger.

What the hell is this. over qualification ka masla srf lower scale ke liye tha. advertisement me bhi clearly mentioned tha. Ab BPS-14 aur ooper waly bhi over qualification kie waja se reject hongey kia??

zeekay for bps 14 they conducted a test of engineers on 15th june (LS2 post) other than the test held on 6th june now if they dargg in the overqualification issue then why they conducted the test and if they conducted test even why they called them for interview then it will be a serious blow on career of those who are on top in merit

any qualification over and above the one required in the advertisement falls under the category of over qualification.

relax brother, its not me who is formulating policies for these posts. samikameer broke the news here about the over qualification objected by ceo pesco in case of data coder summary that was forwarded to him day before yesterday and today i enquired the same from a high ranking h.r official and he answered in the affirmative but told me to wait for few days a final decision in this regard is yet not been taken.

on further enquiring about the logic behind rejecting over qualified candidates; because normally reqruitment criteria carries extra marks for higher qualification.thus, placing over qualified candidates in better position against those with a lower degree. on this he replied that within six months over qualified candidates will most likely be offered with better opportunities and they will resign pesco without giving it a second thought. hence, leaving pesco with no other option but to initiate another tedious recruitment process which will further consume a year or so, which is not in our interest.

I think the issue may not be of over Qualification, it might be of relevant qualification. Many MBAs are working in Pesco in bps 14..

Its ok but tell about those who are rejected for bps17 by pesco due to not having ist div .so if they cant apply to bps 17 to which posts they may apply?and they should clearly notify nts not to consider them for test and then why it is written in aid. Cleary that only eligible candidates can appear for written/interview . If they fulfill your merit criterion to higher posts they cant apply to lower you say its over qualification so where then they can go though they have fulfilled your nts n interview %age criterion

already working is a different thing bro but i absofukinlutely have no idea wtf are they doing about it as i am also in the run for accounts commercial and audit assistant and i secured a safe position in all the three but he told me about accounts assistant that there are about 4 acca's in top merit order so he asked me that is an acca such a dumb head who will spoil his career here in pesco? ofcourse he is going to leave so what is the point in appointing him at the first instance.

further i humbly request all of you here kindly enquire about it as well as about the date of offer letters from different sources and share it here. purpose for the said exercise is to know how much any news is authentic consequently giving us a clearer picture of our standing.
