yes you can send that way.all the application documents should be sent separately with each application.you can send in one envelope and application should also be different that we have not to pay application fees.

Is it necessary to send documents to universities by mail with in prescribed timing? how muck time mail takes to go to Turkey. Which service should be used?

For bilkent university the form is online and you have to only send reference letters by mail.for sabanci and metu along with online application documents should be sent by mail.I think tcs is best for sending documents.they also give discount on documents sent to university .you have to give your university ID card or degree photocopy.It takes 4-5 days to reach.while by pakistan post it takes 10-15 days.and through tcs you can know that your documents have reached or not.while through pakistan post you cannot know about status of your documents.tcs costs 1457 for turkey.
