Dear Danzer you are not illegible for this scholarship or even any of HEC scholarship...........HEC has clearly mentioned in their advertisements of scholarships that a person who has D grade or less than 50% marks in their academic career are not illegible for scholarship................... you may view it from these links...........

HEC mentions D grade only for "Indigenous Ph.D. Fellowship Program" only.

For " Overseas Scholarships for MS/MPhil leading to PhD " they haven't mentioned the "D" grade at all they mentioned only 2 2nd divisions and I got 47% in Intermediate so according to B.I.S.E Hyderabad I have 2nd division, if it was below 45% then it would be count as third division.

I got 65 test score with percentile of 94.14.

i am also concious about the next batch,when they will announce next scholarship programme?i mean after how much time,its yearly or more than once in a year?

if they have not yet announced the scholarship then why was it mandatory to appear in 8-july GAT test ? candidate can appear now as well in the GAT test if the scholarship is not yet announced ?

Actually the Higher Education Commission did not settled the Batch-IV still. Due to miscommunication by HEC most of the candidates could not get admission at Turkish Universities. And some of the candidates sent their appeal to President and Prime Minister and they also will challenge the decision of HEC in Supreme Court. Therefore you may have to wait until and unless the problem of Batch-IV could not solved. I am also one of the selected candidate of Batch-IV. and rising our hands against the HEC due to miscommunication by HEC to Turkish Universities. Some of the candidates also talk with ambassador of Turkish at Pakistan in Turkish Embassy.... for more detail of the issues: click the following thread and read the Posts No: 533-534.....
