Onne more question............ How does HEC make you serve at an Higher education institute? Do they offer a job to the scholar or the scholar has to get job themselves?

On this link will be written SPECIMEN click on it n get the required document

copy sent to hec must be attested. Attestation stamp must be real not photocopied

The documents enumerated from ANX I-IV ain't needed from those candidates of CAT-B who are not yet enrolled in p.hil. The rest have to submit all the documents...
Those who are nt yet enrolled will get these documents submitted by 30th march 2013

HEC will not assist in getting any job. the person himself has to pursue for any such job.

Can anybody tell me what would be the next step after submitting the required documents? Do we only need to get secured admission in any recognized varsity and inform HEC about it OR will HEC conduct any interview? Or will there be any final merit list?

next stage is that. they will send a final selection letter most probably by the end of this month to all those who have submitted the documents (they will contact if any document is missing or not acceptable). All details about stipend, support etc. will be on it. you need to secure admission in any HEC recognize university and send the selection letter to HEC by 30 March (must). no merit list from HEC. i talked to some official there. stipend for mphil is 15k and for phd it's 20k

Guys I have also been selected for these indigenous scholarships.

BUT.

I am Government Servant and Could not Get such a long Study leave (4years)

What should i do...?
Should I resign,,,I am getting Rs 29,000 from my current job and serving for about more than 05year..

Will HEC offer any job after completion of studies..

I could not find the department and supervisor profile formats before, these links are now available at the scholarship details but I have already sent the documents without these formats, is that okay? Moreover the proper address was not mentioned anywhere so I sent it to 'hec sector h-9 islamabad' but now the exact address has been given too, will my application reach the concerned authorities?

I think it shall insh Allah reach to concerned person.
However if you have some remaining documents them make dozier and send it to HEC attaching with it a note stating all these details.
