I had told previously that just send email to the head of admin staff/Administrator etc...
I have contacted Head of research for PhD studies.........

Yes Management Sciences people can also apply but there are only 2, 3 universities that are offering degrees in Management Sciences...........

Mexican Universities aren't responding, I tried 15 Universities but no response.

yes dear Shahidhailian you can apply but most of the Mexican universities do not respond.......So now it is difficult to apply as it is compulsory to get Acceptance letter from Mexican University before 29th August as last date is 30th August........Good luck.......
