Thanks, hec has asked to get admission and Ielts but GRE is not mentioned in the hec given details! So what now?

For Bilkent, METU, Sabanci and ITU
Candidates have to secure admission in the University for Spring 2014 session. University may demand IELTS / TOFEL score which candidates have to provide.

Bilkent Uni reply regarding spring semester
Dear Noor Ahmed,
Thank you for your interest to our program.
Unfortunately, we do not accept students in spring semesters. Our
department has a minimum requirement for IELTS, it is 6.5.

GRE is not the requirement of HEC, it is required by University of New Mexico so you should have to appear for GRE at an earliest.

I think it is same of you and me. but you can confirm it from website of Bilkent Uni. My department is not accepting it is sure. there are few departments in which they are accepting spring sem students.
for your department same rule apllies dear. so better to contact HEC and ask what to do now. I have sent email to Rana Shafiq Ahmed.

and what if ours don't offer admissions in spring?? would HEC allow us to consider our option 2 and 3???
