not yet. You should also send email to Mr. Suhail abdullah (saaziz@hec.gov.pk) ask him about our problem than plz share here if you get any response. Possibly, we may directed to wait for the admissions deadline in fall semester and unfortunately it will take more than a year to start studies at Bilkent University

you have opted toughest option among all options that is USA. now you have to work hard to achieve your goals. give as much time as you can to GRE prep and get higher marks to qualify for admission in UNM. mjhe mere buht se frndz ne kaha USA kro opt but I know to get admission in USA is very difficult. wish you best of luck.

Dear All, I have got admission in METU, Turkey for Fall 2013 for MS leading to PhD under Faculty Development scholarship, I will share some facts about universities admission maybe this help somebody.
1. Admission in METU Turkey will start in December 2013 for Spring 2014 semester. Requirements are IELTS 6.5(must) plus GAT. (No GRE International score is require.

2. UNM requires both IELTS/TOEFL and GRE International. (No exception)

3. Regarding Bilkent university, I think they don't require IELTS or GRE.

P.S: If you are applying everywhere for admission, please start contact with professors from now( you must mention that you have full funding for the entire study). If a professor recommends you, then your admission is done. Furthermore, Hec can change one's university choice, as they have did in our case.

Do any one know that at the end hec will be nominating candidates from all over the country ? I mean provincial quota will be observed ?

I have sent email to HEC regarding 2nd choice or changng University option, as I get any response I will share here.
yes provicial qouta will be observed in selection process.
