Hello mate. turkish universities only offer admissions in spring for engineering. Both Bilkent and Sibanci Uni replied this to me

it means only engineers can apply for Spring term it may create problem for us, if hec say that engineers got admission and you failed than

I got reply from Mr. Suhail Abdullah. he told me that " thanks for informing us regarding admission issue. we are working on work plan. wait for future emails from HEC.
they might contact the concerned UNi/ dept to make it confirm and than they will guide us further.

How is the fee structure and what is near date to appear in the exams?

My second option was Sabanci university. But i am selected for Bilkent. Did you get any news about Spring admission 2014 in sabanci? if, yes, then share please.

If you want to appear in Australian ILETS than visit below link. Fees is 19000/-. Purchase books of IELTS Cambridge Series 1 to 9. Nine books and practise on them as much as you can.

IELTS from British Council fees is 17000/-. My experience at British Council was not good. This time I will appear in Australian IELTS.

Do not appear in near date. make good preparation and do more practise than appear. if you get 7.0 or 7.5 band than your admission in Bilkent is confirmed.
