No doubt , British council Ielts is better than Australian . The management of British council makes a difference . Most importantly , they provide headphones for listening test which Australian's do not .

Buy some barron's or cambridge's book . or you can find it online and practice a lot .

Yes! It is true that time plays a very important role in any examination. I have just joined an ielts coaching in panchkula and here they also teach us to speed up and manage our time properly during the test. We are practicing a lot to finish each module and each section properly within the time limit.
