yes i have confirmed 9049 is not HEC series ,,9049 is from some other government office...

for information of all HEC phone series is 051-9040****

can anyone tell me that is TOFEL/IELTS mandatory for Italy, China, Germany or S. Korea?

i also got email for initial shortlisted for HEC HRDI UESTP program, but i don't have given IELTS/TOFEL and there is no mention of IELTS/TOFEL for above countries?

Is it embassy requirement?

Where it is easier to secure admission? Please guide.

IELTS/TOEFL is not mandatory in these countries. Even if some Universities require IELTS/TOEFL in these Countries require IELTS/TOEFL they accept us without these tests as our medium of study is English. So no need to worry for these Countries. What is your field of study and GAT score? What HEC told you to do now?

Electrical, 72 GAT, 3.7 CGPA,

HEC has given list of universities, and ask to give them two preferences, then HEC will approve our pref and ask us to apply in those universities for admission.

List includes univ/countries USA/Germany/Italy/China/S.Korea/Turkey

That's good. It means HEC is at first calling engineering candidates...My field is business studies applied for PhD in finance..
You have to visit the websites of the universities and check the admission requirement of the universities and also check your field of interest in your interested university.
On the basis of their criteria for admission and your field of interest you have to select universities.

In this scholarship HEC gives preference to PhD candidates and HEC is at this point calling Engineering candidates.
My field is Business education and GAT score is 76
