5 or 6 months back I have done my documents attestation using the same procedure as I directed you from HEC Islamabad. I reached Hec early in the morning without prior registration. I register myself there & 1 pm I sumbitted my documents and recieved attested on 4 pm.

Prior registration will save you some time but nevertheless it can be done in one day without registration.Furthermore to avoid rush you may contact Hec regional office but confirm it as I am not sure.

I don't get your point but if you want to reserve a slot follow http://hjp.hec.gov.pk
HEC has a dedicated setup like computer etc for registration. So the main piont is if you have no prior registration just reach there early with all your documents,nic and its photocopy (they also have photocopy facility there) ,they will guide you there for registration.
Also you can deposit money on the spot.

When you register yourself wait and your token number will be called then..

Booth 1. Your original documents will b checked.
Booth 2. You will deposit fee
Booth 3. You will submit your documents along with its photocopy set and you will be asked to come after 3 or 4 hour.

I made my point clear now?

Actually I want to go next week but when looking in the online form, there is no free slot until 24, on HEC web it is written that reserve your seat before coming, So If I go there or send someone else with authority letter, they can say that you dont have slot reserved. So what should I do in this case

When you filled online form at HEC office was there free slot available for that date?

I didn't myself reserved any slot for attestation as there was no slot on my desire date and I was in hurry. So I reached there early and rigister myself.
I am stressing you for early arrival because there are specific number of slots available and it is on ist come ist serve basis.

In SKKU, no Transportaion Engg faculty available. But good faculty for Structure.
