Jahanzaib bhai I had already attempted it but METU hasn't yet responded to, HEC (Mr. Hashmi syed) couldn't give a satisfactory answer either (Waqsoh's querry:Page 44). Still I shall ask someone else within HEC.
Can you please personally look into this matter, METU is also demanding a source of support in application package. it says;
"If you have a scholarship or supported by an institution, attach a letter indicating the amount and duration of the support."

Last date is 21st june, regarding gre you have to contact METU and KOC i don't know if they have any exemption. It is all so confusing.
I also had hanyang as second preference but they haven't mail me any admission form i dont know what is their criteria of assigning universities.

Koc university accepts GAT for HEC scholars only

METU's application procedure is hectic & nu-necessarily long. Also they are not respondinf quries, they may have some problem with HEC

For Hanyang last date was 6th June for HEC scholars.

You are right.METU hasnt anwered any of my query. I asked them about submissio of appliction fee but they didnt replied.

some days ago one person applied for 90% scholarship, he asked from one Turkish University (i do not remember either it was METU or Sabanci) regarding GRE than the university replied that if you are applying from Pakistan on HEC scholarship than your GAT score will be considered as alternate for GRE.
METU not replying to email because they are saying they receive thousands of mail daily, so they don't reply to anyone, if you to contact with, then cal to university and ask for Ms. Esra Tusun, She will guide you about admissions but the most important thing is that, she is saying that you can't applying without GRE and IELTS in any case, so if you don't have these you have to apply in December as they offering admissions twice in a year.

With reference to article:

It is to be quoted:
"The project Human Resource Development Initiative MS Leading to PhD Programme of Faculty Development for Engineering Universities/UESTPs would be released Rs. 740 million"

Assuming HEC spends Rs.7 million per scholar on average then nearly 100 scholars are to be sent in this program.

What do you think??
How many scholars were sent last year?? Any info??

where from did you get this last date? i emailed hec and they have provided me the application form for admissions today

that was intimated by Hanyang University's Official when they emailed application forms to all candidates.

You cannot get admission in German Universities directly as you must have 18 years of education to a complete MS degree to enroll in Ph.D. This scholarship schemes do not cover pre admission fees so you will have to pay it for securing admission. If you cannot hold admission for fall 2013, you may go for admission in Spring, 2014.
