Anyhow letter from hec is also a gaurrantte as I talked to professor at koc and he said whoever they selected have been called uon by HEC.

Just send the copy of admission letter via email. I emailed my bilkent admission letter to hrdi-uestp@hec.gov.pk and they issued me provisional award letter. Plus CC it to naeem Ahmed @ hec.

I have applied to Chinese university and have got the admission letter. I spoke to HEC they said to send all the documents to HEC but have not made it clear that the original admission letter or photocopy of it. May be they are following different procedure for China and Turkey

Dear you applied in which uni of China? Mostly programs are in chinese language.... Which uni offers MS and PHD engg. in english?
Could you please guide me?

You have to search China Scholarship Council website for it. Here is the link for the progam search page at CSC website you can select English instructed in it as a search

Today I also get acceptance from METU. Just want to know how to apply for visa?
Also, anyone who attested their documents from HEC Peshawar Office? Please share your experience

You can apply for visa after getting hec provisional award letter.
