What is the process for getting police clearance certificate?
And from which hospital we can do medical from islamabad?
Please guide...

Police clearance certificate is issued from DPO office & for Medical certificate go to any govt hospital doctor tell him you need a medical certificate for higher education he will take few basic test such as eye, chest etc & will issue you fitness certificate

Have you prepared these documents? How long does it take for police clearance certificate and medical certificate?

Hec has provided you with only provisional award letter for koc??
Because they sent me both provisional and final award letters for koc and asked me to submot required documents before 22nd july and apply for visa....
Its their first batch for koc with total of 24 students awarded scholarship, 8 of which are for electronic engineering.
1 is confirm not going so 7 left.
I guess you are also an electronic engineer???

I am also waiting for koc admission letter
But I guess they have sent their shortlisted candidates list directly to HEC...
Because status of application on online system is still pending
But if HEC has provided you with scholarship letter it means its confirmed

Medical must not take more than an hour or two
Police clearance takes a day as you you need to get it signed from dsp office . This is what I heard
So you can get these documents in one day if nothing unexpected happens.
I am going to get these today inshaAllah and will let you know what the reallity

Dear, I m also given provional & final award letter. Also preparing for Docs but these legal docs are very irritating.

Anyone from Karachi joining Koc University?

has anybody got degrees attested from foreign office? what is the procedure is there any special section for attestation as in the case of HEC? and how long it takes ?

kinldy share the whole process then

your degree and transcript must be attested by HEC first. only then mofa will attest your docs. and moreover your documents attestation of hec should not be old. my docs were attested by hec in 2008, mofa told me to reverify it from hec and then we will verify it. this reverification is cost free and no time reservation in hec is required.
if your docs are attested recently by hec, then go straight to mofa and they will verify it within hour. no reservatio of time is required. and per document it charges 25 rupees . and you will deposit it there
