Default HEC 10% overseas scholarship
Hi,

Is there someone who is applying or who applied earlier for the HEC 10% scholarship?

I have a few questions about applying.
I have 16 years of qualification and am applying for MPhil and after completing MPhil, I will be eligible to take admission in PhD. My question is that do I require to submit a Research Proposal to HEC even if I am applying for Mphil(Not PhD) and the university did not require a Research Proposal for admission too.

If anyone could help me or provide me the contact number of the contact person at HEC, it will be really helpful for me. The deadline to apply is 7th May.

Only one scholarship is available against Punjab quota.
