My Academic record is that
Matric 850/656 77%
F.A 784/1100 71%
B.A 415/800 51%
M.A Education 1327/2000 67%
Gat 51

What wil be the my score and i am special person,,,, what should i do now?

My aggregate is 62......the result says i am not selected....but i have 70% or more in all exams. five extra marks for this....further i have one top position at university which also give me 5 extra marks according to the Criteria set by HEC.

Default Guidance required
I am little bit confused about choosing a university? I have heard that for PhD do not go for university name. But search for the supervisor who can guide whole heartedly during the study?

Please also share your opinion about Institute of Business and Tecnology (BIZTEK). HEC approved PhD supervisor is available in that university in my area. My areas is Human Resource Management.

62 means your merit score. Check it in the merit list under "16 years education completed". Or you can check by entering your CNIC as link mentioned in one of the above posts.

If you got 10 extra marks as you have mentioned then your merit score will be 67.

21.5 + 25.5 = 47

If your score is above or equal to Merit cutoff point then it means that you are selected. Just complete all the required documents and mail it to HEC.

The email is only for those who have not qualified for the scholarship and if they have any objections on merit then they have to contact HEC before 10th May.

And those who are selected, should follow the Offer letter.

Smile Need Help with some Confusion
Assalam O' Alaiakum Dear Members,

Alhamdulilah i have been provisionally selected for PhD Scholarship .

I was going through the details of documents required by HEC but there is some confusion in this section ,

"Photocopy of Graduation & onward degrees must be attested by HEC"

So do i need to send HEC attested photocopies of degrees or Photocopies of HEC attested degrees ?

And i am planning to get them attested through courier from HEC Islamabad, will that be a good idea? keeping n view that deadline date is 20th May for me.
