I avoid doctors in fact I'm afraid of doctors, Isn't there any other solution?

You will be supervised by a doctor during MS leading to Ph.D.

I think they can apply for indigenous scholarship. So, if it is then you can apply in the next batch of indigenous scholarship.

It will be again announced in coming July-August. First you have to clear GAT general to apply for scholarship. For more details explore this thread or go to HEC website and check page of indigenous scholarship. Everything is clearly mentioned there.

Any body please guide me about the undertaking documents.According to the requirements all undertaking documents must be on stamp paper.Total value of stamp paper must be 100. Certificate of guarantee consists on 2 pages , deed of agreement on 4 and one page of certificate of guarantee.I want to know how a document of more than one pages could be on a single stamp paper?Like there are 4 pages of deed of agreements it means that each page must be on different stamp paper?

Simply go to the stamp vendor, they are expert in dealing these minor issues.
