Total Cost of Paper shuld be 100 per Annex

One of my friends submitted his documents last year and he printed deed of agreement on four pages with first page of worth 50 PKR and rest of the pages of Worth 20 PKR, making the sum 110 PKR, And this formula worked for him.

On deed of agreement there is a space for signatures and stamp of

Dealing Officer of HEC
(Authorized Officer)
For this will we have to go to Islamabad HEC office?
As its nature is such that notary public will not attest this stamp paper unless it is signed by Dealing Officer of HEC
(Authorized Officer). Please see the document Deed of Agreement for better understanding.

Can my father or elder brother or someone among my close relatives give my guarantee or s/he should not be your blood relative?

Notary Public will attest your documents no need to go to HEC. Last month i have gone through this procedure. Notary wala thoday sy zyada pesy le le ga.
Anyone can be your Guarantor Brother,sister, father, relative, friend etc.

GAT is not needed for admission but for HEC scholarships GAT will not lose its fifty percent share for few more years and it can't be challenged in court as scholarship is different than admission.

I cold not meet the selection criteria....

what are the minimum score of eligible candidates...?

My Gat is 51?
How much score is sufficient for that?

My short CV is as follow:
Matric 850/656 77%
F.A 784/1100 71%
B.A 415/800 51%
M.A Education 1327/2000 67%
Gat 51

Then i could'nt understand how i cant meet the selection criteria

Prepare for GAT, Try a few more times and take your scores to 70, Then apply for indigenous scholarships in August and stay hopeful.
