I have completed the form successfully but in the last page when I apply for the scholarship, a message appears on the screen that people with 3rd division can't apply for this scholarship. I have no 3rd division at all.

Dear members,
I want to share information regarding PhD and further put a query on achieving scholarship. I have completed 12/18 CrHrs of the coursework and have registered for the remaining 6 CrHrs in Fall 13. I am told that if, by the grace of ALLAH, I am granted with the scholarship, my coursework fee will be refunded along with other amount- and be able to move ahead with my comprehensive and thesis later on.
The question is that my Gat score is not so good for business education KP. I had got 59 accumulative score with 89 percentile. I had applied for category B last time and was not shortlisted. This time I will, Inshaa Allah, take gat test on 18th August to try it. Lets see what will happen. Any idea what is the cut off score for PhD enrolled candidates? I tried to check it but am unable to see it.

I don't find it an attractive opportunity. Ph.D from local universities is not considered worthwhile. Even in the field of academia, at least private universities do not prefer hiring local Ph.Ds. Moreover holding this scholarship makes you ineligible to apply for any other HEC scholarships like the HEC overseas scholarships, faculty development program for UESTPs etc., so you'll be kind of stuck for 5 long years.

In fact foreign universities provide you with a stronger research, which is stressed upon by employers while hiring. So it's advisable to go for overseas scholarships.

what is the last date for posting of form and i am going to take GAT test on 18 aug result to be announced on 26 so what should i do
should i wait till then or submit before the fee
