What is the latest from HEC regarding Indigenous Scholarship? When are they transferring the fund?

I got an email from HEC regarding deficiencies.

Deficiencies in Academic Section:

1. Exact date of joining required. (Format attached)
2. Admission letter required.



Deficiencies in Legal Section:

1. Annex III: Official stamp of surety person required on the document at relevant space.

Can anyone share the admission letter format.I am not sure about the format since I did send an admission letter with the documents but they didn't see to approve it.

send them bonafide certificate from your department mentioning your date of admission.

I did send them a certificate ,I don't remember exact words but it mentioned,

It is to certify that Ms............... is a regular student of ................,session ............................ and has joined classes from...............

Universities usually send admission letter to candidates which is basically offer letter of admission in MS/PhD program. You must have received that or in the other case you can demand it from university.

hey guys i have a current news for all of you, yesterday i visited HEC for getting information about funds transferring. i meet Mr. Tauqeer and asked him. he said that till the end of january 2015 every body will recieve the funds from HEC, and some funds are ready and will be given till the end of this December . . .

Mr. Tauqeer is in indiginous dpt: official person of HEC.

Have you consulted with HEC? If yes, what did they say? Please do reply as i also have the same query i.e. what will happen if there comes a gap of 1 year between MS and PhD?

If unfortunately there come gap in ms and phd then nothing to worry about, only you will miss your monthly stipend which hec will give you when you will get admission in phd. . .
