HEC will not give you permanent Job. HEC will place you in a university for 1 year than that University will announce a permanent seat for you and place you on that position during that 1 year period. If that University will not do so than HEC will not do anything.

please seniors guide me. i have selected for indigenous scholarship mphil completed category and did not took admission in phd anywhere yet. what is the procedure of availing this scholarship? please guide me step by step.

Yes you have to pay all fees of university until HEC transfers scholarship amount to your university. That period may extend to one year or more and until that student pays all fees...
