China scholarship is for Master (Leads to 18 years of education), and indigenous will leads to ph.d

Perform an "Istakhara". It is not compulsory that you get a hint or something like it but naturally you will be inclined towards one of these scholarships which would prove fruitful for you in the longer run.

Yeah you are right i'll have to choose one of them, but thinking which should be more beneficial for me.i'm just thinking that.

If I succeeded in getting a job of my dreams then returning money is not a big deal for me just tell me either I would be allowed to join the FPSC or PMS or not ?
Because I heard on this forum about some Legal Documentations which HEC will ask us to sign ??

And Let me tell one more thing if I decide to avail this scholarship then from which university in Pakistan I should take the admission considering the research and PHD worth.

It depends on your subject category. Mostly scholars choose a university nearby their home. So, many factors affect the choice.

Well I am not fully aware of institutes offering engineering and technology in Lahore. Gather a list of universities who offer phd in this discipline. Then check for their research output and hec rankings. It would prove beneficial in making decision. There are some really good and top universities in RWP/ISB in the field of engineering and tech.

Will hec indigenous scholarships b announced this year??? If yes, then what will b the process of selection,?,,cuz gat is not valid anymore,,,i m curious whether 2 apply 4 gat or not,,,,
Dnt want 2 miss the forthcoming opportunity,,,
