There is no harm in filing a writ. He who feels his basic rights have been violated can go to court and it's for the court to decide whether they have been violated or not. So, the qualifiers don't panic and the non-qualifiers weigh your options and go for it. I wish you all good luck.

Dear all,i would be coming to KPPSC on monday 31-10-16 at 1 PM for submitting an application to the chairman for leniency in cutoff marks;all the affectees are earnestly requested to make sure their presence for signatures on the application. Best regards

Imtiaz i can understand your position and request forum members to have some deceny while making comments. The thing is that if we look at the history of writ petitions against government institutions or the commission itself majority of them proved to be unsuccessful you were a part of tehsildar exam their was a writ petition against its screening too however it didn't work similarly there is a writ petition pending against LCB even a writ is pending against the present PMS Screening but of no avail.Still if you wanted to go for a writ petition go for it.

My dear shah saab,we are neither adamant on going to court nor want to sabotage the whole process of PMS exams;what we wanted was a prudent way out for our problem in the shape of leniency in the cutoff marks whose last option is writ petition;but nonsence comments of the so-called aspirants made mountain out of the mole.again i would say that this is part of the game abd we would make humble request for exam to the chairman and authorities otherwise i am enjoying my lecturership job alhamdollilah

Dear it was a full exam. Not only a screening test. These 5 marks will increase the number of candidates to 12000. Then what is the benefit of screening test. It is better to allow all candidates.

One thing is there that can be challenged in a court of Law. But I will not tell anybody. It is for me as I will do Law practice. It is my idea and I will not share it with others.

And one thing more only 4009 candidates have secured 40 or more then that. If FPSC can arrange exam for more than 10000 candidates on yearly basis then why KPKPSC cant arrange exam for 4000 after a gap of 3 years?

Your statement shows that they are incompetent and still are sitting in the office. Then go to the Peshawar Press Club and boycott KPPSC and make objections on the incompetency of the KPPSC members. No one thought of the consequences before the commencement of test and after test was commenced and result declared then people started their negative comments regarding the KPPSC. My dear it was mentioned in the rules given with the form that only 50 candidates per seat will be called for descriptive examination. No one challenged the rules before now are wasting their time. It is useless to cry over spilt milk now.

Brother I have qualified as I am shortlisted for the next phase. And I don't want any payment for my idea. Helping others is everything. I need just prayers. I will tell you brother. If you agree with that then go ahead otherwise just leave that. But here the negative comment discouraged me. It is all due to his being unsuccessful. But I haven't complied the result nor did I decided the cut-off then why someone is blaming me. In my view all the candidates above 40 marks should be called but so what? KPPSC have already decided the matter. And I can't do anything. But I will message you on your phone. OK don't worry. Things which is part of one's fate can not be snatched by anyone.
