I'm sorry for bothering you again but are the trends in pms the same as that in css? Like do they shuffle the targeted optional subjects every year or are subjects like psychology always targeted? Also, did the book help in css?

The book helped me twice for css and both time scored above 68 plus in my attempts.
Regarding your first question, the answer is simple "pata nai boss" because it is one unpredictable institution. In 2016 they awarded excellent marks in pol sci and then in 2018 they targeted it. Psycho was targeted in both 16 and 18 so no one can exactly tell what would happen

No updates, however Mr Akbar Ayub minister for local government who announced to take the matter of pms merit reduction in cabinet has been removed from the ministry by governor kp. Letter issued

What is going to happen then? I'd guess that the merit will not be lowered. Despite the fact that campaigners of the sit-in rightly tried to knock every door, their struggle seems to be in vain due to the low turnout of aspirants in it.
