Kppsc has played it cards excellently this time. It has hidden itself behind the court as they know court does not intervene in commission matters. Once court dismisses the petition, kppsc will proclaim that since law does not favour protestors stance, why should they?

They allow.

Just write application to chairman and follow it. They will give you green signal in short while.

What are your thoughts on "standing committee"
established on the recommendations of KP assembly. They say that the committee will convine meeting on monday 16 august. Question is , can the committee decisions effect in any way the estabished 25 seat policy of KPPSC ?

My thoughts are that its a delaying tactic to appease the protestors/critics. Court decision will be final.

Kppsc has never ever lost a court decision, btw.
