I will only state this
"Qualifiers should focus on the written exams and be mentally prepared for exam in oct or max nov
For non-qualifiers best of luck in future endeavours, you should utilize your time for the upcoming exams like lecturers, pps, TMOs or FPSC based exams"

What about next advertisement of PMS. If KPPSC maintains 1:25 policy then it must conduct exame every year.

At the end of next year probably. If not, then in 2023 expectedly.
