Nobody is bringing anybody down. Everybody is just concerned about the timings of the exams and the uncertainty, that's all.We've all been through the same process and I've seen so many deserving people not get through these competitive exams andthere's so much competition I honestly don't even see a chance of myself getting through. I'm up for merit reduction but there should be a method. We all went through the anxiety of the pre screening test scare of 1/25 policy and now that it happened, it's being reversed. Certainty is all we ask for. Hope you get the point.

Funny thing in the last 5 pms (2008-2018) once common essay topic has always been part of the paper "Energy Crisis"
