By the way, it is like a gamble that a person first prepares and then waits for so long, only to find that s/he has failed, isn't it? The process involved in the competitive exams should have been faster than that of any other jobs, for they are the most attractive jobs in the province.

The process should be altered altogether. Something like preliminary screening tests that can filter out those candidates who do not meet the criteria as required by the commission, and who ultimately fail no matter what. This would make everything so easier for people like me who are not able to pass exams of this caliber. They also constitute majority of candidates.

Mje ab yaqeen ho gaya jis jis idary me rtd fauji as head of institution betha hai wahan tabahi aur barbadi k siwa kuch nahi. Nalaik log hain, sb se barha nalaik Pakistan Olympic Association ka President Lt. Gen (R) Arif Hasan hai aur us k bd Capt. (R) Sikandar Qayyum hai.
Latka k rakha howa hai 1000s of candidates ko, khud tu 60 k hony k bd b aram se nai beth rahy aur Youth ko result ka wait kra kra k 60 ka kr k chorhengy.

Screening ke bat na karay warna wo idiot ikram ullah yousafzai jaisy chawal nikal ayainnge apni incompetency ko chupanay

I was 27 when I applied for pms 2020 aur ab 30 ka hogaya per result nai arha 😭😭😭😭😭 2021 may screening kay hisb say agar papers laity tu abhe tak process katam be hogaya hota

Nalaiki hai bhai Commission ki, es mulk se nikalny ka plan bna rha hun. Koi system nai yahan, 7 months se koi hakumat nai, aisy lgta hai jaisy k jungle me reh rahy hain. Jiski jitni isteta'at hai usi mutabik loot rha hai mulk.
Ye commission waly nalaik ksi ko answerable hain ya inky baap ka qanoon hai jo jaisy chahen waisy krty phiren.
I know cssforum pe ye baaten maza nai krti but bhai yaqeen janiye ab sabar jawab de gaya hai
