Today i called KPKPSC and the guy told me that result is going to be announced in 4 to 5 days...I don't know if it was authentic or not.....

Well,, the result was supposed to b announced by tuesday(tomorow), but due to the court so called intervention it has been delayed. Otherwise, the result is fully rerady. one of the petitioners appeared for her intervew today. may b a few more appeared. Still it wont b that much late. thats wht i was told by a very authenthic source today.

So it means that the petitioners have won their case.....?

By The Way, any news about how many guys challenged the decision...?

And, does it mean that the result is going to be announced in 2 to 3 weeks?

ya, a few candidates hve been called for intervew as were directed by the court. and i wont say 3 weeks but perhaps a bit earlier than that provided that no more intervention is made by the court. as i was told the result of the candidated who appeared for their intergvews till 31 jan has been completed. so lets see wht happens in next couple of days

aj mera Assistant Sup Jail kay liye test tha aor mujy aik psc sup say pata chala kay court k through keesee bee person ki interview nahee howi hay. unhon nay mujay bataya k result 3 4 dino may expected hay.

Then why are interviews being conducted by PSC now a days? Are those all petitioners gonna fail in interviews? Earlier, it was said that court had asked PSC to postpone the final result announcement for 20 days? Was that merely a rumour?

Yea, well said sir. But at this stage both phenomenons i.e. 'interviews' and 'final result' are interconnected. I mean, result can't be announced until and unless interviews are concluded. As soon as petitioner's interviews are over, result will be announced immediately. We have witnessed that in the past. On 12-12-09, the last interview of PMS-2008 was conducted, and on 15-12-09 the final result was announced. Thats why the topic of result is coming into discussion time and again in this thread.
