Yes. He was talking about about Torghar. I explained to him that it was made for administrative reasons and there was no politicking behind the move. The tribes living there comprise, Yousafzais and hassan zais.

I am not a candidate for PMS, I technically can't be, since I come from a different province. But I loved the interview experience shared by Mashwane. The crispy presence-of-mind sort of replies and quick-wit common sense uttered by Mashwane is simply beautiful. I cannot predict the outcome of such an interview, but I would, if I were one of the panelists, award plentiful marks to the candidate, reason being his wit, common sense, candidness, presence-of-mind, precision and brevity of course.

Yara...;the questions were unsual and so were the answers ha ha.
Anyhow iam positive about my interview. I would mind even if they fail me. I gave my best in the written and the interview as well. And further more i dont believe that those 5 members sitting there are going to decide my future, i believe the Almighty has already. And whatever it will be. I will happily accept it.

salam to all.

I want to ask whether confidence is everything in interview or some other factors also make us to succeed in interview like knowledge etc.Because the knowledge is already checked in written part.some people say that it does not matter whether we answer right or wrong but how we answer and also dont remain silent then it is ok.is that the case?
