Guys as long as I remember it was mentioned in add that the merit list ( and candidates interview schedule ) will be available in District health officer.
Any idea when will be the list available

No dear the list of successful candidates as per merit will be uploaded by NTS. In advertisement it was mention that this list be displayed at DCO Office as was the case in education monitors bur then NTS uploaded that.
DMO result as per the data provided by SAAMBOY was topped at 72.

*According to that list there's only 1 man scoring above 80.
*He will be called for interview.
*It's always a panel which conducts interview, head of district government DC, representative of health and others.

Number of candidates likely to be called for interview is 3 or 4*Number of Posts

It's also unofficial but the story of seats distribution will be something like this:
Mansehra 10
Abottabad 9
Peshawar 8
DI Khan, Lower Dir, Mardan, Swat, Haripur, Chitral 6
Charsadda, Swabi, Nowshehra, Bannu 5
Upper Dir 4
Batagram, Buner, Karak, Kohat, Kohistan, Lakki Marwat, Malakand, Shangla, Tank 3
Hangu 2
Torghar 1

will list of selected candidates for interview be uploaded on nts website.. i am not able to visit DCO office in peshawar.
