Dear All,
Below is the overall sketch of my interview.There were five members including the chairman. A senior retired bureaucrat with a long white beard(dont know his name but other aspirants knew him very well) was seated alongside chairman. Three other members were sitting on left and right of these two. No body was looking in a good mood except for the honorable chairman.
When i entered the room, chairman greeted me with an energetic handshake. and said: it's nice perfume you are wearing. i said thank you.
He said: Do you have any idea which countries are we importing perfume from? I replied.
Allowed me to sit. I accepted.
Chairman:
Please introduce youself? ...replied
So you are hindko speaker, What you know about the history of hindko speaking community in peshawar?... replied
do you know a great hindko personality who took part in 1857 war of independence ?... replied sorry.
Transferred me to Senior retired bureaucrat.
Senior Retired Bureaucrat:
nearly 5-6 minutes discussion on my present job.
then he switched to Urdu:

How much is the recent loan We obtained from IMF?... replied
What is Transperency international? it's role in curbing corruption?.. replied
Is pakistan a partner in TI official dealings?.. replied
What is Amnesty internation?.. replied
Which countries in the world had never accepted it's working?... replied sorry
Why this organisation is controversial?... replied sorry
who founded this organisation?... replied sorry
what are the capital shares of it?... replied sorry
What is its working procedure?... replied sorry
(I had not prepared Amnesty, so he exploited it while continuously smiling as if he got a hefty prey..)
That was all, he transferred me back to the chairman. He thanked me i did the same and i left the room.


P.S : No friendly or light mood had i observed in the panel (surely except for the chairman) the environment was too formal to talk anything else apart of question. My Optionals are: Psychology, Sociology. Journalism, IR and Public Ad.

Apart from that third part, I think your interview went well. You should have prepared all these organizations considering that you had IR as your optional. Anyway, no one knows their marking criteria so hope for the best. Wish you good luck and thanks for posting your experience in detail.

Yes i accept it was my fault not to prepare amnesty as i have mentioned also.
But dont know since when did the international seas come under I.R..?

Respected members Assalamu Alaikum,

My interview was on April 1, 2015.
My PMS serial No. 976 and Roll No. 12772.

That day there were 13 candidates and i was on 12th position.
my interview started at 1.30.

They asked about,
1. Introduce your self?
2. What are the three burning issues in the international politics? then told me to discuss the crises in Yemen?
3. Reforms in PCB?
4. Tell us about the economy of Pakistan?
4. What is CII (Council of Islamic Ideology), its function, and how many members?
5. They told me to draw pie and bar graphs?
6. What will i do if I am appointed as DC tank?
My interview took more than 25 minute....
I gave detailed answers of all the questions..
my optional were:
Public ad, IR, Political Science, Const. Law and Pashto.

P.S: The PMS dealing assistant told us that the final result will be declared after 2 months.

After two months? This must be a joke. Result is already being compiled alongwith interview process. There would be just final calculation after last day of interview.

Just two months for compilation? You should have requested them to take at least 8 months for it considering their track record with PMS this time.
