General perception is that, long duration reflects interest of panel and hence candid answers of candidate....

What if a candidate is not satisfied that much with the interview but it took longer than 30 minutes?

Basically interviews get longer for those candidates where panel find it difficult to judge/assess candidates. So they take more time to probe, explore and assess the ability of candidates.

Well make sure one thing clearly that long duration is a perception and nat a security or surety of success.

Well, there can be many reasons for a longer interview.i too was grilled to the extent that i wanted to run away from there. Chairman asked 8 allied questions from me at first instance. They would counter my answers, until i would say sorry.
My start was like this:
What is ppo answered
What is pemra answered
Compare both answered
Why pemra better answered
Why Musharraf promulgated it answered
What is the recent situation
Answered

Why pemra can not control media houses
Ans: because of structural weakness and government influence but i was totally exhausted so said sorry.

DC tank????? I think if i am not wrong there will be a Political Agent not DC.??? Plz correct me if it is not so???

No they did ask me. After that i was bombarded with questions and counter questions. No any greeting no smile. They were adamant to exhaust me at every cost, and would never let me move to another issue until i would say a sorry.

Same was my case. No greetings and no smile at all....! Senior bureaucrat never left me for complete detailed answer on any topic.

Yes dear, it is not so..
In exercise, the administrative machinery of FR TANK is looked after by District COordination Officer (DC Now) in terms of district (not agency)And that area under DC is known as Bhittani area.
