If 40 candidates are called then how many are called against each zonal seat? whether the candidate called for merit seat is also considered for his respective zonal seat and whether the number of candidates from a certain zone called against merit seats restrict the number of candidates to be called against zonal seats proportionally?

Yes. It was a good experience. It was a three members panel. Two males and a female. They asked the usual questions: intro, qualification, etc etc. If you are on job then expect a few questions too. They also asked 2-4 questions relating to LG deptt.
