And how to calculate one's merit???? i mean HEC has given some limits for calculation of academic merit for scholarship i-e if one got 90% in matric he will get 20 out of 20 , and if some one got 80% he will get 18 out of 20 and so on....

My father is an officer working in the regulation section of finance department, kpk. He says that if experience is not mentioned in the advertisement, then it is not taken in account. This is what i know, rest Allah knows better.
One thing is more: Local council board itself is confused over this issue. I have come across through different statements made by different officers of aforesaid department.

My father spoke to a source following info was revealed:
Minister lg is currently abroad and short listing will be done by club officials while nominal approval /sign be taken from minister lg or secy lg.it will be done in current week.5 seats reserved for zone 5 hazara div.

I got 78,admin cadre ,zone5.
Matrices 72 percent
Fsc 50 %
Ba 54% alkhair university
MBA 3.17cgpa al khair university

Any chance for shortlisting.
