How will they calculate our academic marks because we did not mentioned all or detail marks in the pre test form ,, I guess

Experience has 10 numbers dear and its mandatory part of overall assessment as per Establishment code of khyber pakhtunkhwa. there are the set rules for recruitment in BPS 17 and above including; 70 % academic, 12% higher education, 10% experience and rest 8% for interview. and now the written portion of the assessment contain 50 out of 70% and remaining 20 out of 70 is for academic qualification.

I confirmed from LCB today that there will no wheightage be given to experience, as it has not been mentioned in the advertisement.

Furthermore, if in case experience is considered , i would go straight away to the court.
Such jobs do not require any experience. Even in CSS & PMS experience is not given any consideration, as the selected ones are trained for the management purposes by the concerned deptt itself.

There is no mention of experience in the advertisement.

if it mentioned in advertisement than no one can apply for the said post without experience, but here experience is not mandatory but given to be due weightage in overall assessment.
