Shortlisting Method
Attention Please:.
50% NTS Marks, 20% Academic, 12% Higher Education, 10% Experiance and remaining 08% for interview. So in this way everyone can calculate his merit. experience in private sector will not be entertained other than well reputed organization. Project Employees will be given half experience for example if a person works in a project for 10 year his experience will be consider only half i.e 5 year. |
