If this was formula for selection then LCB must issue interview letter to me , as i received before court stay on the basis of this formula.

those; who you are talking about , were appointed by previous government but later on cancelled when the incumbents came to power in the province. consequently, this group of appointed lot filed a writ petition and won a verdict in their favour from PHC. this also led to the reduction of seats that were advertised and we all are its victims.
so they might have joined but the rest are still lingering' on because of a legal stay order.

At that time Nts score was not counted , only on the basis of SSC , HSSC and bachelor basis , candidates were called for interview.
