plz guide which field mba is better ? Marketing or HRM

I am basically an engineer by profession. Now I am interested in doing mba ..... I am in confusion either to choose marketing or hrm as majors .... Plz guide me with you experiences?

I think u should go for MSc(eng) and not for MBA. If u still insist then I would say u should go for Finance bcos companies like Siemens prefer Project based personnel with engineering background and MBA Finance.

I would suggest to be going for Marketing instead of Finance & HRM having an engineering / technical degree at Bachelor.

i also have done MBA in finance but still i m jobless u r an engineer so i suggest u that u have to choose HRM bcoz in an engineering industry u would be hired as an HR manager

I also recomend you for MBA HRM...there are various MBA finance and marketing who have background of commerce as well...so they will have adge on you in marketing and finance fields...but as an HRM u can do job by getting benefits of your engineering degree as well because every engineering company needs to induct new engineers and they need a qualified engineers for selecting new ones,but for induction HRM is essential so it will benifited you most... its my opinion you can disagree to it

Go for MARKETING if you are creative, intuitive and want to join sales and marketing. the second priority should be Project management.

dear, i have done MBA in HRM in 2010, but still could not find HR Job, so it is not best for job, otherwise the subject is very intresting...
