The following piece I have written in response to a discussion with a former teacher on my Facebook account.
I wanted to proceed with it but Sir does not seem to be interested, so the best minds which I think sway this forum are invited to have their say




I see neutral writers like Proffesor Hitti paying tibutes to the Prophet, I see Karen Armstrong doing the same even the biased William Muir had to admit that the Prophet was right in punishing the Jews after their violation of the Charter of Madinah. If History presents half truth, it is that that the Muslims are suffering due to their own follies. In my humble opinion no scholar of Islam is actually doing justice with the Universal religion which is their to free the humanity rather than to kill or chain it. Islam won not due to its sword but due to its humane message and anti status quo posture . . . I am there to read and take the message from everyone but I am not going to follow anyone blindly. Every schlor's religious thought is blended with the Parochial biases. From Shah Waliullah to the modern writers everyone had his own Makkah ... hence no religious, political thought is absolute. Absolute truth lies in the Quran and the Sunnah, we need to revisit the Quranic message without being prejudicial against anyone. If Quran is for all the humanity we need not claim its ownership rather we are under obligation to carry forward the message and if the message is resisted with swords in defense Quran allows swords. But if for worldly gains we are on killing mission then I am afraid, the business must end. Al Qaeda....... TTP, Dawa etc....




In my opinion. So far as the defense of the Muslims is concerned against the tyranny and oppression of non Muslims, there can be no solution to it so long there remain the Muslim Nation States which follow both in form and content the western Liberal ideals. Even if entire Muslim population wages the Jihad there can be no success and Muslim would continue suffering at the hands of non Muslims.... Muslims are one nation according to the Quran, Muslim nation states are in fact revolt against the Quranic provisions.
Nation States were found primarily keeping in view the narrow and parochial worldly gains, hence we the Muslim who proudly identify themselves with a territorial entity stand diametrically opposed to the Islamic Ideology. Therefore in my view Jihad is not needed against America but against our very selves first. All Muslim nation states must be abolished as a first step and a sort of confederation shall be found in accordance with the egalitarian principles of Islam with sufficient autonomy to the federating units but important powers such as Defense, foreign relation trade and Burea of Islamic Missionaries shall be retained at the center. The minorities wherever they are in Islamic territory shall be granted complete protection accordingly. The confederation shall be based on Islamic ideology, hence Raiwind missions, TTP, Al Qaeda, Jamat u Dawa, and the ten thousand others such ilk shall stand ipso facto null and void.
Jihad as the defensive war can be waged if there are dangers, but hardly any nation would be fool enough to attack a nation of more than 1 billion extending from the Mediterranean to the Pacific, and which controls all the important natural resources, trade and enjoys all the types of benefits. However If any one Like Romans or Persians tried to trample upon the Muslims, the next day they would be the part of the confederation.

Can any one think of attacking The USA today, surely no, because it is the superpower. Moreover the Egalitarian Islam can win the oppressed as It won in its early history. Occupy Wall street and many such other movements testify to the frustration of the human race and that the majority of the human race is exposed to the baser exploitation, it is only the Islam which can free them. And I am sure when they would see the Glory of Islam extending from Mediterranean to the pacific they would flock to join the Just Egalitarian Society of Islam.
