Question Procedure of Publishing Research Papers in Research Journals of International Repute!
Aoa!Can any one tell me what is the procedure of get ones article or research paper published in Journals of International Repute.Is It necessary to do Mphil for this or any one can get his research published any way If its up to their mark.In my case as I am Lawyer plus did Masters in Political Science what could I do to have my research publications in my field of study.And last thing are research publications necessary for getting scholarship for PHD abroad.

1. It depends upon their SOPs. There are dozens of research journals, some of them are:
American Journal of International Law, Indian Journal of International Law, Berkeley Journal of International Law, Boston University International Law Journal, Cornell International Law Journal, European Journal of International Law, Harvard International Law Journal, Journal of International Law and International Relations, Oxford University Commonwealth Law Journal, Yale Journal of International Law etc. etc.

2. No, its not necessary to hold a MS/MPhil degree for research publication. But research degrees help a lot for attaining a research mindset.

3. Get an MPhill FIRST and then think ahead.

4. It will give you an edge.

Means one can get a research paper published in some well reputed journal no matter wether he got any search degree.I have a great nagg ing for research and has number of topics on which I can write on.Shouldh I send some of my papers to aforementioned journals.If yes then what should be the Ideal length of that article or paper.

Check their “call for papers” section. This section will explain you about their standard format and style (usually word format). Your paper must include exhibits, references and appendices and (usually) should not exceed double-spaced, 12-point fonts Arial font. One inch margin etc. They will also check originality of your work by the help of plagiarism software (like Turnitin).
Clearly state you Research Questions, your research methodology, research findings and your CONTRIBUTION.

Thank you answering and guiding me regarding for mat of research paper but there must be some length on the given topic like research paper comprises that much words et al.What is normal length or words any idea regarding this?

I had MS in Computer Sciences from NU-FAST that is why I don't have first hand information about your field (Law). I am just pasting an IEEE research paper format link for your convenience.

Paper length depends upon your research question. At this level, quantity doesn't matter, you must have quality.
