Default Hard Form vs Soft From: Just a comparison

Why the people of our generation are not good at retaining the knowledge as compared to the people of Orya Maqbool Jan's generation. I've used his name just to make a comparison and nothing else. Though, I love Orya saab. So, here is the thing that why, despite being tech equipped, are most of the candidates failing CSS exam? Everyone seems to be in a hurry in acquiring more knowledge quickly and cheaply. It feels like most of us don't want to spend money buying the books from the market and rather go for something which saves us money and it also seems like we want more and more knowledge, not by flipping through the pages of the books but by navigating through the pages of the websites. What I've felt is that when I read something from the soft form(websites and all such sorts of things) then it didn't last longer in the memory but when I read something from the book then it not only lasted longer but I felt like I had understood something more clearly. So, I want you all to comment that in what way, one should blend these two things to make a perfect combination and bring the best out of it. I want you to comment on the pros and cons of reading something online and reading something from the book. Currently, I don't know why, but I'm hating so much being online reading stuff from the internet and etc. My eyes hurt!

Very bizarre question , every thing that matters is knowledge if you get it from soft copy or hard one it never matters.
Mr. Maqbool and most of their generation people are only aware of low tech , consider yourself lucky for the gifts of tec and science.

Every individual has his own capacity to acquire knowledge and preserve it according to their wish , their is no factual evidence to support your claim that most of people fail despite of being equipped with technology , i consider it rather irrelevant , there are various factor why students fail in css imo .

-first of all we must understand that what is purpose of the competitive examination.
-purpose of this exam is to select people with skills to perform specific job.
-instead of targeting that specific task css examiners try to find people with only better English skills , candidate must be perfect in grammar , he must solve English language puzzles and that's just fine if they possess lesser skill in the specific job .

Mistakes candidates do.
-Lack of through study on topic.
-Lack of confidence and social security
