Ney bro! While im not a fortune teller to claim what exactly ll happen in future but if u pointing out to prevalent practices in bureaucracy that make anyone new entering the system a part of it then lemme clear u that i know this system as good as anyone else either in or outside the bureaucracy if not better. so the commitment i make to myself is meaningful n durable. I am not talking of bringing any unrealistic radical changes in the system but im pretty much sure about my own self n know my fabric good enough to stand on my point.

Anyhow seasons ll change n tym ll show. Till then its a futile debate i guess.
So wish u all the best

@FIDAMAN

Respected Member,

Prophet (S.A.W) has said "amalu ka darumadar naiyutu par hain".The nobel intentions can spring out good deeds.

My purpose is not only to get passed and allocated but to do something good which is not a new thing.

And DEAR,this intention will not last upto the interview.

IF you have read the role or contribution of bureaucracy in pakistan's progress you must have known the facts that after partition through the dedicated efforts of these honest and hardworking people ,Pakistan got first constitution and All five years plans have been made by them.

Nothing is perfect so do this system but believe me there are still many honest people who are working for country,without any greed or lust of power,wealth and recognition.Despite of the failure of democracy and poltical system the country administrative machinery has been running.

And lastly,civil service is not the only way of serving the nation you can achieve this purpose by doing work honestly in your own field.

@zash

Thank you zash for your comments and prayers.May Allah provide us the apportunities to actualize our potentials.

Regards

Assalam-0-Alaikum,

To me, CSS is the only way to enter into the Superior Services of Pakistan by fair means. Entry into Civil Service does not mean that you will become head of executive, rather it would be a job to implement the will of the people through their representatives.

A question that I will serve the country and people - sounds well in theory but not in practice. Because Civil Servants are not too much empowered, they are chained by numerous factors. WE can call it a service to country as well as people, by abstaining from corruption, honesty to task and provision of quick relief to complainants.

I think on the ground civil service is not too much powerful as people think. If we revolt against the prevailing corrupt system then most probably one can't make a good career. Either to become a successful officer by adopting the current system or to be silent on such petty state and remain in dark corner till retirement.

Guess what I want to say

Why are you people lying? What is harm in disclosing your inner intentions?
