Everybody knows Lahore's Liberty market is the central place of oglers and at chand raat it is at its peak
Inspite of that, most girls prefer to go there for (window) shopping and encourage habitual oglers, so in a way they are themselves responsible for this social evil.
P.S. ............ Now the entery of cars and bikes is banned in the market and one requires to park his ride at parking stand with a heavy fee, so the oglers now avoid this place and prefer other places. hahahaha

@ Crown Prince

A study which was carried out on men and women, using an eye-tracking device found that women are worse oglers than men.

I hope this study should be conducted in Pakistan, the results would be differ.

Can't you go out in simple way for shopping? Is there wedding party in markets.

what about the girls without make up and with hijab.

Men should also avoid gazing at women because its useless and there is no benefit of it and our religion strictly forbade us to avoid such heinous acts. I advise my fellows to be sober and be men of high character and lead a simple and pious life. All men are deserving Heaven due to their simplicity and innocent life style.

I agree.

Regards

Yes i agree with you that women who don,t use Hijab are
victims of ogling by men.And atleast they have an option
to avoid this and that is by wearing Hijab, wearing modest
clothes etc etc.
What should men do when they are subject to mindless
ogling by these women.Yes there are some women who do
this.Women will never believe this but men willl.
So ladies it is not you alone men also suffer from this stupidity.

And sorry if i have offended anyone.
