salam mussa jan bro you are not alone there are thousands of ocd patients in pakistan who are suffering this disorder silently due to lack of knowledge or superstitious beliefs spreaded by amils of paki society e.g you r possessed, have an evil eye, satanic waswasas etc etc dear due to these prevailing ideas i suffered it almost eight years without medications.oh i lost my eight years silently with rubbish nonsense intrusive and repetitive thoughts.dear mussa call me as soon as possible

but bro alot of unpleasant things came into our lives,many time we are able to tackle them but sometimes stress,burden overrides us.every person is psycho dude.no one is perfect.there are alot of shortcomings in every person.you are the one among us.
i would suggest you,never sit idle..keep urslf busy ..the best way is movies or hanging out with friend ...
and LISTEN ...u always help juniors,i read ur posts and threads..they are very helpful ..and just chill ...u r OK

little dynamite i don't think that i am a psycho.Ager aisi baat hoti to shaid psychological test main hi wo log mujhe reject kr dete.Main ne ye baat is liye discuss ki because many of us are facing the same problem.apas main discuss kr k bhi hum bohat si problems ko solve kr skte hain.You can see how many people have come forward and shown courage to say that they are facing the same problem.
Mussaa is brave enough to discuss any issue.

mussa,do whatever u can, but nobody ,except ocd patients can realize our problem. As i don't know how heat attack is felt by heart patients in the same way, heart patients don't know how ocd is felt by ocd patients.why the whole world has become so senseless! Hey mussa jan send me sms on my mob#.
