I guess they could have banned you uptil now, but they have remained yet tolerant. so by doing this you guess justice can be gained. Dont think so.

What about the medal request by Arthur on the Soyem of his mother? If a request for an award can be made, why he cannot be banned that day?

Justice is to restore all members who are banned permanently. if they commit any violation again they can be banned for a specified period not permanently. This is JUSTiCE

people, no one here is infallible or THE devil so for heaven's sake dont exalt or degrade anyone to that extent....

We all are human here .. remember To Err is Human .... what matters most is the level of committment which I think LI has so far been able to deliver.... but then again this judgement may be subjective....
