CSS aik aisi Tablet he jo Khai wo bhi pashtae jo na khae wo bhi pashtae. Or maze ki baat Is tablet ko khane( preparation) k baad afaaqa hone k chances 90% nahi hote. Or 2-3 year k kamar tor or dunya chor mehnat k baad bhi afaaqa nahi ho to phir insaan pehle se ziada bimar hoja hai. Or phir yahi gana gaata hai k Yai Dunya Yai Mehfil Mere Kaam ki Nahi Mere Kaam ki Nahi

dear first of all ur dream of becoming a csp is still alive as the final result has not yet been declared ...secondly this time around the probability of getting allocated is much higher as the number of written qualifiers is surprisingly very low...so keep ur spirits high inshallah next year this time you will be in civil staff college

dear seep , what the reason might be but i shall say something to you either you agree or not .... i attempted thrice css.... but as ill luck would have it i could not even qualify the written test . i thought i was not born for css or may be i was not better than those who had passed examination ..I think Allah has chosen a better place for you in the form of C.S.S. Allah wants you to be there and Serve the country .. Dear, Though i am a failed candidate but still i want to compete life is a name of struggle .What ever Allah has chosen for you is the best . I am satisfied at my current position what ever i am . This is the Place that My Almighty has chosen for me I struggled for my dreams but could not get there .So it is my advice have patience what you deserve Allah will surely bestow upon you .

watch good in every bad , instead of seeing other way round...u must have learnt many lessons while preparing for this thing ....whether u qualify or not, that doesnt matter; wat matters is your positive approach towards life, and your resolution never to give up on ur dreams....
I also couldnt get occupational group of my choice, but my remaining in this service may lead me to explore new avenues in life. which i might nt, have had i been in any elite service even...so always be thankful to Allah, for His blessings

sometimes all we need is rest . so just stop thinking much about your decisions from past . live in the present . forget about css till the final result . if you get allocated this time (2013) it would be good for you to join .anyways if you dont then please dont lose heart . i pray wholeheartedly for your selection this year . after you get selected then try to explore your past and take a decision that suits you . ( wishing you a positive result and hoping a positive decision from you )
